Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collections, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using Cash on Delivery (COD) or secure online payment methods.

4. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

  • Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.
  • COD orders may take longer due to verification.

6. How can I track my order?

7. Do you charge for shipping?

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping.
  • COD Orders: A nominal shipping fee applies.
  • Exchanges: ₹150 shipping fee applies.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Frequent cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

9. What is your return policy?

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for return requests.
  • A ₹100 shipping charge will be deducted for returns.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

10. How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, email us at support@firstmart.co.in with:

  • Order details
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video
    Once approved, we’ll arrange for the product to be picked up.

11. When will I get my refund?

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days to your original payment method.

12. Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video is required, and a ₹150 shipping fee will apply.

13. How do I initiate an exchange?

To request an exchange, email support@firstmart.co.in within 48 hours of receiving your order. Share your order details, the reason for the exchange, and the unboxing video. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

14. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 2 days with an unboxing video. We’ll arrange a free pickup for the item.

15. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

No, once an order is placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please verify your details before confirming your order.

16. How long does it take for COD orders to be verified?

We verify COD orders via call or WhatsApp within 24 hours. If verification is unsuccessful, your order may be delayed or canceled.

17. Do you ship internationally?

18. What happens if I’m not available for delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If you miss it, contact the courier service directly or email us at support@firstmart.co.in to reschedule.

19. What if I want to return or exchange a product after the return window?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the allowed time frame. Make sure to contact us within the return/exchange period.
